If you want to download single songs, click the VBR_MP3 version of the song, it should download to your Desktop, etc.
If you want to download the whole ... show in it entirety you will need WinZip or someother form up ZIP program (Windows XP has one built in). On the left hand side, click VBR_ZIP (130mb) and it should download a single file to your desktop. Once it is done extract the files (double click, and drag files out) and either place them on a CD or in your media player of choice (iTunes, WinAmp, etc).
If you want the show in *lossless* (recommended) you can download from ftp/http and, using the FLAC plugin, listen or burn from your hard drive. Note that the FLAC files are significantly bigger than the MP3s because there is no lossy compression.
